Information We Collect

  • Organization and applicant records entered by authorized users.

  • Operational metadata such as timestamps and access context needed for security and product operation.

How We Use Information

  • Provide applicant management, service discovery, and support tools.
  • Authenticate users, enforce permissions, and maintain account security.
  • Communicate service updates, ticket responses, and essential notices.
  • Improve reliability, performance, and security of the platform.

Encryption And Security Controls

  • Selected applicant fields are encrypted at the database layer, including first name, last name, email, and phone.
  • Passwords are protected with Django's password hashing system and are never stored in plaintext.
  • Role-based controls restrict applicant access to users with active membership in the relevant organization.
  • Django CSRF and authenticated session protections are enabled for account and form actions.

Data Sharing

We do not sell applicant or user personal data. Information may be processed by infrastructure and integration providers required to run the service, such as hosting, email, geocoding, and connected integrations that your organization enables.

Data Retention

We retain data for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal or operational obligations. Organizations are responsible for managing applicant records they create, including archival and deletion workflows.

Your Choices

You can request account updates or deletion by contacting us. Organization administrators can manage member permissions and remove access when needed.
