- You may use Mercy Care only for lawful purposes and authorized organizational workflows.
- You must not attempt to bypass security controls, gain unauthorized access, or interfere with service operation.
- You must not upload malicious content, malware, or unlawful material.
Applicant Data Responsibilities
- Your organization is responsible for ensuring it has the right to collect and process applicant data entered into the platform.
- You are responsible for data quality, retention decisions, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- You should limit applicant access to authorized personnel and revoke access promptly when roles change.
Security
Mercy Care applies technical safeguards, including encryption of selected applicant fields at rest and role-based access controls. No system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, and you agree to use reasonable security practices on your side, including strong passwords and endpoint protection.
Third-Party Services
Some features rely on third-party providers and integrations. Their availability and terms may affect functionality.
Availability And Changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features as the service evolves. We may also update these terms, and continued use after updates means acceptance of the revised terms.
